What We Identify

Six Core Patterns

These familiar mechanisms shape your decisions and relationships without you noticing. Seeing them clearly is the first step to choosing differently.

Control

You're used to keeping everything under control. It creates an illusion of safety but drains enormous resources and prevents intimacy.

Inner Critic

A relentless voice that judges every move. Nothing is ever good enough. It was installed as a survival mechanism, but now it holds you back.

Tension

Chronic tension in the body and mind. The inability to relax, let go, and simply be. The body stores what the mind suppresses.

Hypergiving

Giving more than you receive. Sacrificing your needs for others. Often mistaken for love, it's actually a strategy for earning acceptance.

Self-Worth Gap

A deep sense of not being enough. Compensated by overachieving, people-pleasing, or withdrawing. The root is always in childhood.

Detachment

Emotional distance from yourself and others. A protective wall that keeps pain out but also blocks love, joy, and connection.
