The Approach
Not coaching. Not a marathon. A structured approach to underlying patterns — inherited family patterns, childhood experiences, and ingrained habits.
The Core
Many of our reactions and choices are shaped by what we absorbed in childhood: parental beliefs, family patterns, formative experiences. These run on autopilot — you don't even notice how you make decisions "not from yourself."
Our method works at this deeper level. We help identify these ingrained patterns, understand where they came from, and gradually replace them with more conscious ways of living.
Four Dimensions
01
Attachment models, codependency, couple dynamics. Why you choose those who cause pain — and how to change it.
What we work with:
— Attachment type and its roots
— Boundaries in relationships
— Parental couple patterns
— Exiting codependency
Result: Healthy relationships from a position of strength, not need.
02
Inner critic, impostor syndrome, perfectionism. Why you never feel "enough."
What we work with:
— Deconstructing the inner critic
— Self-esteem work
— Impostor syndrome
— Accepting imperfection
Result: Sustainable self-worth independent of external approval.
03
Purpose, career, finances. Why you keep doing "not your thing."
What we work with:
— "Should" and "must" scripts
— Finding your own direction
— Relationship with money
— Career transformation
Result: Realization from joy. Greater clarity and alignment with personal goals.
04
Psychosomatics, chronic stress, body as a mirror of the psyche. Why illness is a message.
What we work with:
— Psychosomatic patterns
— Body tension and trauma
— Chronic stress
— Energy balance
Result: Body as an ally. Resolution of psychosomatic symptoms.
The Process
Phase I
2–4 weeks
You see the patterns that have been running your life for the first time. Control, hypergiving, self-criticism — they all become visible.
— Pattern mapping
— Family scenarios
— Attachment type test
— Trigger points
Phase II
2–4 months
Working with what lies underneath. Childhood experiences, family beliefs, inherited patterns. Deep personal work at the level of habits and beliefs.
— Trauma work
— Family programs
— Beliefs and scripts
— Body therapy
Phase III
2–4 months
New ways of thinking and acting are reinforced through practice. Personal guidance at every step. Changes become stable and self-sustaining.
— Skill reinforcement
— New behavior patterns
— Personal tracking
— Life integration
What We Identify
These familiar mechanisms shape your decisions and relationships without you noticing. Seeing them clearly is the first step to choosing differently.
You're used to keeping everything under control. It creates an illusion of safety but drains enormous resources and prevents intimacy.
A relentless voice that judges every move. Nothing is ever good enough. It was installed as a survival mechanism, but now it holds you back.
Chronic tension in the body and mind. The inability to relax, let go, and simply be. The body stores what the mind suppresses.
Giving more than you receive. Sacrificing your needs for others. Often mistaken for love, it's actually a strategy for earning acceptance.
A deep sense of not being enough. Compensated by overachieving, people-pleasing, or withdrawing. The root is always in childhood.
Emotional distance from yourself and others. A protective wall that keeps pain out but also blocks love, joy, and connection.
