These terms govern the use of services provided by Global Family Transformation L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, under License No. 2536545.01. Our registered activities include Lifestyle Consultancy (9609.11) and Lifestyle Development Consultancy (9609.13).
We provide lifestyle and development consultancy services including individual consultations, group coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and educational courses. Our services are advisory in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability. Payment terms are communicated at the time of registration. We offer flexible payment plans for select programs. All fees are quoted and payable in the currency specified at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation policies vary by program. Participants may cancel within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided no services have been rendered. After this period, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at the Company's discretion.
All content, materials, methodologies, and branding associated with Global Family Transformation are the intellectual property of the Company. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written consent.
We respect the confidentiality of all participants. Information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by UAE law.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
